Use photos you have permission to use
Only upload photos you own or are licensed to use and share with our processing providers. Obtain permission from identifiable people shown in the photo. For children, obtain appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Respect privacy, copyright, image rights, and confidentiality. Do not upload identity documents, financial records, medical records, or other sensitive documents.
Do not create harmful content
Do not use KeepSway for sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, hate, scams, or other unlawful activity. Do not create deceptive impersonations, fabricated evidence, or content intended to mislead people about someone’s actions or identity. Do not use the service to identify people through biometric analysis.
Share responsibly
AI animation can invent expressions and movements that never happened. Check the result before sharing it. Make clear that a video is AI-generated where a viewer could mistake it for a real recording, and follow applicable disclosure rules. Permission to upload a photo does not automatically grant permission to publish the resulting video.
Protect the service and report problems
Do not access other users’ files or accounts, bypass safeguards or payment limits, interfere with the service, or exploit failures to obtain credits or unpaid generations. We may refuse generation or restrict accounts to address violations. Report misuse or an unauthorized image through the contact details on this page, including the relevant account or video reference if available. Do not send additional sensitive images unless needed to investigate.
