Using KeepSway

KeepSway turns photos into five-second, silent AI videos. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. Our acceptable-use policy applies to uploads and generated content.

Prices and credits

We offer one-time packs of 10 credits for US$9.99 and 30 credits for US$24.99. Applicable tax is added at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. One credit creates one video. A batch uses one credit for each photo. Purchased credits do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except through an applicable refund.

Payments and refunds

Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for purchases. The seller and payment terms shown at checkout and on your receipt apply to that transaction. Stripe handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and transaction support. KeepSway provides the generation service and product support. Your photos and videos

You keep your rights in your uploads. You give KeepSway and the providers needed to operate the service permission to store, process, and transform your files to fulfill your requests. You must have the necessary image rights and permission from the people shown, including appropriate parent or guardian permission for children. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share with our generation providers. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos. Their use remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant model-provider terms. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble other output, or lack copyright protection. Review it before sharing and do not present fabricated events as genuine recordings.

Availability and storage

Generation depends on external AI services and may fail or take longer than expected. When a generation is marked failed, its credit is returned automatically. Results are not guaranteed to match your expectations. Download videos you want to keep. Finished generations become eligible for cleanup 90 days after creation. Our privacy policy explains photo retention and deletion.

Account restrictions and changes

We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, fraud, payment disputes, or security problems. Refunds and disputes can pause further purchases while we review the account. You can request account closure through the contact details on this page. Closure does not remove any right to a refund or other remedy under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Polish law applies, without removing protections available under the mandatory law of a consumer’s country of residence. We will publish changes with an updated date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
